Quality Management System. The system has been introduced in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009. This standard deals with the quality management system using a process approach. The standard precisely defines the mechanisms of activities and responsibilities leading to the maintenance and increase of production quality in all of the company's fields of activity. The requirements of the standard are general and they may be used in all organisations regardless of their type, size and products or services they provide. The basic requirement is quality, which stands on the pillars of perpetual improvement and customer satisfaction. It helps us identify and coordinate all activities and is instrumental to the overall transparency of the company's operation. The standard accentuates faultless operation of the company and the fulfilment of the customers' expectations and requirements, with continuous checks by internal and external mechanisms.
