The first quality system, HACCP, was introduced soon after the sugar mill was put into operation again in 2000 and at the beginning of the first campaign. In 2007, Hanácká potravinářská společnost decided to introduce ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certification. A year after ISO certification, our company was certified under the international systems of BRC and IFS for the first time. To obtain these international standards, Hanácká potravinářská společnost expended considerable financial resources and great effort; however, customers' opinions, requirements and satisfaction are so important to us that we continue in the certification of these systems. By obtaining these certificates and standards, Hanácká potravinářská společnost has improved its goodwill as a supplier of high-quality products which can be trusted by the customers. This also implies the possibility of trading with customers who require independent control - primarily companies that require, and have introduced in their facilities, similar international standards.
