At present, Hanácká potravinářská společnost s.r.o. is running the following production divisions

PET BOTTLES DIVISION - Hanácká potravinářská společnost s.r.o. carries on technology for production of plastic packing determined for filling them with soft drinks, especially mineral water. In 1999 Hanácká potravinářská společnost s.r.o. bought a top technology for blowing out PET bottles SIDEL SBO10 having a year capacity of 80 Mill. pcs. bottles which is carried on in the production area of Hanácká kyselka in direct connection with bottling lines. In 2000 a purchase of other technology line SIDEL SBO6 follows, which provides owing to its production capacity of 60 Mill. a year, Hanácké závody a.s. with plastic bottles. In September 2002 the technology line HUSKY for the production of preforms for the production of PET bottles in the area of the sugar factory in Prosenice was put into operation.

SUGAR PRODUCTION DIVISION - Hanácká potravinářská společnost s.r.o. became the owner of this sugar factory in October 1999 on the base of a tender offered by the administrator of bankruptcy of Cukrovar Prosenice a.s.
Five years later, when the sugar factory was out of operation, the first campaign was finished successfully in December 2000. At present, the sugar factory produces Superior White Crystal sugar and SW coarse castor-sugar meeting the requirements of appropriate regulations for natural sweeteners.
Produced sugar is tested (by means of analyses) for the content of heavy metals, 2, alphatoxines and microbiology in external accredited laboratories.


Certificates

A quality assurance system according to the standard ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2001 in the sugar production section and a management system for the safety of goods according to the standard ČSN EN ISO 22000:2006 were certified in 2007.
Since 2008, the process of sorting, grinding and packaging of sugar, certified according to BRC and IFS standards. ISO 22000 is:
  • internationally approved, accredited and accepted.
  • It comprises a general management system for safety of foods – and it exceeds the HACCP requirements.
  • The system is applicable to all organizations supplying goods to the food chain in whatever way.
  • It comprises and supports the HACCP principles formulated by the Codex Alimentarius.
